A new client was in need of a top landscape design for their custom home. The original landscape was outdated, overgrown and did not support the architecture of their home. The Orlando landscape design project began with the removal of overgrown 30 foot palms, all existing foliage, and re-grading the flowerbeds. BLG’s landscape design team continued the landscape design by adding decorative cherry log boulders in the median island. This provided an elegant focal point and a natural buffer from the street. Synthetic turf was utilized around existing stepping stones and stonework for a clean look. A natural stone walkway was created around the house to give guests access to the pool.

Specimen fan palms, cedars, crape myrtles, and a large magnolia supported the high lines of the home. Finally, the Orlando landscape design was complimented with installation of LED landscape lighting. Up lights highlighted all the trees, focal points, and stonework. Clean deck lights were installed around the pool to provide depth, while decorative path lights emphasized flowers and walkways.
