We began this Central Florida landscape design project by developing elegant marble stairs that descend from the pool area to a secluded marble landing — intentionally set away from the lake to provide a moment of pause, while still offering a panoramic view of the water. This thoughtful design grounds the experience and creates a tranquil connection between the structured pool area and the open lakefront.

The expanded marble patio includes a custom-built seating wall and a contemporary fire pit, making the space ideal for relaxing evenings or lively gatherings. A premium Hot Springs spa serves as the focal point, surrounded by tropical palms, ornamental grasses, and accent plantings that frame the view without blocking it.

To elevate the space after dark, the BLG team installed a layered LED lighting system that highlights the stairs, paths, spa, and specimen trees throughout the landscape. The end result is a space that’s both stunning and practical — exactly what great Central Florida landscaping is all about.
