Commercial Landscape Design for Orlando in Dr. Phillips, FL

A builder recently contracted BLG Environmental Services to renovate the landscape front of their new custom home development. They requested a fuller, more inviting landscape design, hardscape design, and improved irrigation.

The BLG team started by creating and providing a detailed design including a 3D rendering. (Residences at Dellagio conceptual video)

The BLG team then started onsite by removing existing landscape elements that didn’t fit with the new landscape design. The irrigation system was then renovated to provide superior coverage including irrigation bubblers for large trees. The open areas were then carefully graded for new zoysia sod installation.

The BLG team continued with the hardscape design including retaining walls to prevent erosion and decorative aluminum trellise with fragrant confederate jasmine.

Finally the team carefully implemented the landscape design that complimented the existing architectural elements. It also provided depth and sophistication to this unique community in the heart of Dr.Phillips.
