A new client was in need of an Orlando landscape company they could trust for a complete landscape design for their existing 30-year-old custom home. They desired color and contrast that would highlight and support the architectural features of the landscape for their Orlando Florida home. The landscape design by BLG started with our Orlando Florida landscape company shaping and creating new flowerbeds in the front yard to create a buffer from the street on this corner lot. Large granite boulders were meticulously installed around an island of oaks to create a dramatic focal point. Existing foliage was removed to open up the front of this custom home and showcase the grand columns.

Team BLG continued by installing a full landscape that balanced privacy with openness. Large European fan palms, standard crape myrtles, and Japanese blueberry trees created a higher visual focal point. Colorful bromeliads, groundcover, soft ornamental grasses and assorted tropicals were used for lower lushness amongst the trees.

Finally, the landscape design was complimented with stellar LED landscape lighting. Up lighting illuminated and added nighttime character to the large oaks and specimen trees throughout the yard. Path lights highlighted the large boulders and guided family and friends to the circular driveway and grand front entrance.
